Payment was not successful? (PAPER/PAYPAL/SCALAPAY)


It was probably just a line issue. You can place a new order, and we will cancel the unsuccessful one. Alternatively, send us an email to customerservice@outletomoto.eu or call customer service and we will find the best solution to complete the order. You will be offered to send a payment request by email, so that you can complete the purchase via PayPal or card. Alternatively you will be provided with the data to make a bank transfer, or proposed payment directly to the courier by cash on delivery.
