Each phase of the order on Outletmoto.Eu is marked with a "status", which allows you to understand where the shipment is and when you could receive the requested product.

RECEIVED: Your order has been taken over by our systems and we are working on shipping, based on the waiting time of the requested products.

ORDERED TO SUPPLIER: The requested product was not present in our warehouse and was therefore ordered from our supplier. As soon as delivery is made, we will send your order immediately. The waiting time, depending on the chosen product, can vary from 3 to 7 working days from receipt of order.

SHIPPING: Your order has been prepared, packaged and sealed. The courier will soon collect it from our warehouse.

CLOSED / SHIPPING: Your order has left, you just have to wait for delivery. As soon as the order is sent you will receive a confirmation email from the BRT courier, where the shipment tracking will be present. From this moment your order is entrusted to the courier BRT who will deliver within 24 / 48h, depending on the location of delivery (For the Islands, the courier usually takes 48h).
