We are sorry but unfortunately this is not possible. Once a product has been used outdoors, even for a short distance or for a few minutes, we are no longer able to accept returns or exchanges. We recommend trying it thoroughly at home before making the first outing. In order to be regularly accepted, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, complete with packaging, labels, protections and films. Therefore, returns of products that are returned without the original packaging, that have been used or that have been damaged will not be accepted, where the damage has been caused by an assembly that does not comply with the specifications of the product itself.
