We will endeavor to process the EXCHANGE request as quickly as possible. As soon as we receive the return, we will send you an email within 24 hours informing you that we have received the return and at the same time we will start the exchange procedure. If the item you request in exchange is in our warehouse, the new shipment will be made within 24/48h of receiving the item. If it is an item to be ordered, the specific times indicated for each item remain valid.
